I’m no kin to the monkey,
And the monkey’s no kin to me.
I don’t know much about your ancestry,
But mine didn’t swing from a tree!

    CD says:

Concerning the last two lines of the song, we do know about every human’s ancestry. Therefore I substitute these two lines for the last two lines of the song: God created both man and woman and they didn’t swing from a tree.

I don’t know where this song came from or how it goes, as a friend gave it to me a while back, but it’s my favorite “troll mag” for angry brainwashed liberals and evolutionists to try to comment here to parrot the propaganda that the theory of evolution is scientific HAHAHAHA! Just open your eyes and look at the complexity of the “simplest” life with an open (and functioning) mind and you will see that it life is designed, not an accident! I’m a programmer, and I realize that all good systems take a LOT of thought. Life is WAY more orderly than any man-made program ever to exist. Give God the credit for what He’s done, as the Bible calls you a “fool” for saying “there is no God”. **WHEW** Ain’t that the truth!

I’m No Kin To The Monkey ~ Dr. Theron Babcock

    A D A
    It seems so unbelievable
    D
And yet they say its true
    D G
They’re teaching our children in school now
    D A D
That humans were monkeys once too

    Chorus:

    D A
I’m no kin to the monkey,
    A D
And the monkey’s no kin to me.
    D G
I don’t know much about his ancestors,
    D A D
But mine didn’t swing from a tree!

    A D A
    Although it’s so ridiculous
    D
They teach them now that it’s true
    D G
The teachers who came from a monkey
    D A D
Would be better off in a zoo.

    Chorus:

    D A
I’m no kin to the monkey,
    A D
And the monkey’s no kin to me.
    D G
I don’t know much about his ancestors,
    D A D
But mine didn’t swing from a tree!

    A D A
    It’s so much more believable
    D
    And surely, surely, it’s true
    D G
That God made man in his image
    D A D
    No monkey story will do

    Chorus:

    D A
I’m no kin to the monkey,
    A D
And the monkey’s no kin to me.
    D G
I don’t know much about his ancestors,
    D A D
But mine didn’t swing from a tree!

    A D A
This monkey business has got to go
    D
    Because it just isn’t true
    D G
It’s such a disgrace to the monkey
    D A D
Disgrace to the human race too

    Chorus:

    D A
I’m no kin to the monkey,
    A D
And the monkey’s no kin to me.
    D G
I don’t know much about his ancestors,
    D A D
But mine didn’t swing from a tree!
